1. What WeatherBet Is — and Is Not
WeatherBet.us (“WeatherBet,” “we,” “us”) provides sports weather analysis, commentary, and betting-related opinions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We never accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers on behalf of members or anyone else, and we never hold, transmit, or manage customer funds for wagering. Plays described in our content reflect our analysts' own documented positions, placed personally with licensed third parties. Any betting decision you make based on our content is yours alone, placed with a third party of your choosing at your own risk.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Our analysis reflects documented historical performance and our best judgment about how weather affects sporting events. Past performance does not indicate or promise future results. We make no representation or warranty that any pick, rating, or analysis will be profitable. Sports betting involves substantial risk of loss; never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Eligibility and Legal Responsibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this service. Sports betting is not legal in all jurisdictions. It is solely your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply where you live, including whether you may lawfully place wagers at all. Nothing in our content is legal advice, and access to our content does not constitute an invitation to gamble where doing so is unlawful.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid memberships bill monthly and are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.
5. Membership Cap and Waitlist
Membership is capped at 500 subscribers to protect the value of our analysis. When membership is full, prospective members may join a waitlist. A place on the waitlist does not guarantee membership, pricing, or a timeline for admission, and we may adjust waitlist ordering and admission at our discretion.
6. License and Prohibited Use of Content
All content we publish — including picks, play sizing, weather notes, alerts, and analysis — is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, redistributing, republishing, scraping, or reselling our picks or analysis, in whole or in part, in any medium (including group chats, forums, social media, or competing services) is prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of your membership without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
7. Responsible Gambling
If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Set limits, bet only what you can afford to lose, and treat betting as entertainment — never as a source of income.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeatherBet and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any losses — including gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice — for example, by email or a notice on the site — before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
