1. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or newsletter, and as part of your account if you become a member.
• Account information — basic details needed to manage your membership.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card numbers.
• Phone number — only if you opt in to SMS alerts. You can unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies with the sports calendar; message and data rates may apply.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the service you signed up for: managing your waitlist spot or membership, sending picks and weather alerts you have subscribed to, and sending the weekly email. We may also use it to respond to support requests and to send important notices about your account or changes to our terms.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

4. Third-Party Processors

We share data with a small number of service providers only as needed to operate: Stripe for payment processing, and email and SMS providers for delivering the messages you have opted into. These processors handle your data under their own privacy and security obligations and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

5. Cookies

We limit cookies to what is required for authentication and session management — keeping you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@weatherbet.us. We will delete your data promptly, except where we are required to retain records (for example, payment records) by law.
